Dimello, is a 100% Greek brand and has grown to form the production spearhead of the KAFEA TERRA AEBE Group of Companies.

In 2006, after a significant investment in know-how and technology; a state-of-the-art coffee processing plant was inaugurated in the Peania business area. It is a model for European standards, where all stages of Dimello coffee production, from selection to roasting and packaging is handled. In 2017 the brand made its presence felt in the organized retail sector and in 2019 the Dimello Compatible Capsules were added to the range and completed the retail product lines. In 2018, with the establishment of KAFEATERRA UK LTD, Dimello became ready to continue its journey with the inception of a subsidiary in the United Kingdom focusing on the import and distribution of European brands.

Today, Dimello is available in all packaging types and formats, for all market segments (Ho.Re.Ca, Retail, Office) with a distribution footprint in Greece and abroad.

Our state-of-the-art production unit has been designed to ensure the highest of quality standards, providing a healthy & safe working environment and creating the optimum conditions for a reduced energy footprint. The constant upgrade and the quality controls applied to all stages of the production process; allow us to reach our goal, summarised in "excellence in the cup".

We respect our farmers, selecting only the very best varieties of green coffee that give prominence to the unique Dimello blend character. From producing countries such as Brazil, Ethiopia, India, Guatemala, Colombia and Nicaragua, achieving complete control of the parameters that lead us to perfection: seasonality, crops and quality consistency.

The excellent raw materials go through the "magic" hands of the highly skilled Dimello Specialists team; fully committed to continuous development of Dimello quality. Armed with their experience, love and passion; they take care of all the stages of selection, processing, roasting and final packaging. Ensuring that Dimello coffee will always be delivered fresh to the final consumer.

Dimello and KAFEA TERRA present the new Dimello THREE CONTINENTS blends. An enjoyable trip for those people with love for good, high-quality coffee and with respect for the environment.

Three blends, all 100% Arabica, combining the best elements from the three continents: Africa, America and Asia. Three blends that are created with respect to the microclimate and the particular ecosystem of each continent and are characterized by their completeness, simplicity and diversity.

The product is addressed to the HO.RE.CA. professional sector.

Our responsible stance towards the environment begins long before the simple enjoyment of a cup of coffee. Throughout the process of preparation and delivery of the new Dimello THREE CONTINENTS blends, we make sure to actively contribute to a better future for people and the environment.

Dimello's THREE CONTINENTS blends, apart from their uniqueness, signify for us another commitment to the quest for a green coffee certified by the international NGO Rainforest Alliance that works towards sustainable agriculture & forestry and the promotion of human rights and the living standards of every farmer.

 

SHAPING THE SPECIALTY COFFEE CULTURE

The Area 51 Artisan Coffee Roasters project was created in 2016 and born from our desire to introduce ourselves to the Specialty Coffee Shops audience.

We are exploring every corner of the planet for specialty grade coffee choices of a unique geographical origin; producing the finest espresso and filter coffees.

Our approach to every coffee’s uniqueness differs and we focus our scientific approach, extensive expertise and know-how on all stages of its production, from initial quality evaluation and roasting to final cup tastings.

Our aim is to always ensure high quality coffees and services for our partners as well as to establish mutually beneficial relationships with people who share our passion for coffee.

All of the above are summarized in our brand name. Inspired by Area 51, in the Nevada desert, where the most heavily guarded US military base is located; we’ve created our very own “confidential” research and experiment facility around coffee at our facilities in Peania.

Each AREA 51 coffee is of current crop, from a single geographical origin; small (microlot) or very small (nanolot) production. Different origins alternate during the year, but they consist exclusively of specialty grade coffees, scoring high according to the Coffee Quality Institute.

We manage the uniqueness of each geographical origin individually. We are constantly experimenting and seeking for new and better ways to express each origin’s unique taste characteristics.

THE PROFESSIONAL ESPRESSO COFFEE CHOICE

Distillo coffee is skillfully roasted, artfully blended and technically packaged at KAFEA TERRA’s European-specification production plant in the Peania region of Attiki.

We pick the very best varieties of Arabica and Robusta coffee grown in Central & South America and India. in our endeavour to go beyond customer expectations; we’ve created Distillo’s distinctive and well-liked taste.

For us, getting the right result means having the right foundations in place: excellent coffee production facilities, consistency in flavour characteristics for each variety and high quality, diligent processing.

We devote considerable attention to detail in developing our product range. We select high quality green coffees and place much emphasis on the roasting process to ensure perfection every time.
